As an exceptional business developer with innovative sales, recruiting, and negotiating talents, Billy Jack's proven experience is in technology, sports management, medical devices, commercial construction, and the food manufacturing industries. Billy Jack has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas and attended Management School in Japan thru Pacific Export Services.

William Boren has over 15 years of Fortune 500 technology consulting, management, technologies research and development experience. Over the last four years he has worked on technology projects with global non-profit organizations, education providers, health care professionals and with one of the leading producers of building materials worldwide. His projects have included firms such as Brinker International, TGI Friday's, MICROS Systems, J.C. Penney Company, EDS, McGraw-Hill Companies, Texas Instruments, Hospital Corporation of America, Oracle, Halliburton, Microsoft, Hilton Hotels, IBM and the Thomson Corporation. He has a BS, Business Management from LeTourneau University and is an Internet, Mobile Technologies Entrepreneur.

Wendi R W McGowan has over 17 years experience in launching new businesses, marketing consulting, executive-level management, business intelligence, and revenue generation planning. She has built and sold two of her own businesses, served as a board director or in-the-trenches advisor to five startups, and invested in over fifty startups. Wendi has consulted to Fortune 500 firms and over seventy-five startups. She is a published author and sought-after panelist. Over the past 6 years, Wendi has held various senior marketing management and business development consulting positions with firms such as UBS Wealth Management, PSINet, Texas Instruments, Dian Malouf Designs, La Quinta, and Gold's Gym International and she has a BA, Economics from the University of Texas, Austin.

He has helped companies develop comprehensive branding campaigns, launch new products and create breakthrough, effective advertising. Throughout his career, he has developed ad campaigns for Fortune 100 companies to regional and local accounts including Radioshack, Sprint, Verizon, DISH, SIRIUS, Pizza Hut, Pepsi, American Airlines, Verizon, and TracyLocke.  James has a BFA in Design Communications from Texas Tech University.
