Billy Jack Smith has over 25 years of experience conceptualizing, analyzing, developing and implementing various sales and marketing campaigns for tangible and intangible products and services for Fortune 1000 corporations in America and Japan. His accomplishments are with companies like the National Football League, Shell Oil, Canon, IMCOR/Spherion, SAP, Stryker, OrthoLogic, Kanematsu Gosho, and Etoile Kaito to name a few. As an exceptional business developer with innovative sales, recruiting, and negotiating talents, Billy Jack's proven experience is in technology, sports management, medical devices, commercial construction, and the food manufacturing industries. Billy Jack has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas and attended Management School in Japan thru Pacific Export Services.
Ken Smith
Vice President, Technology Innovation
Ken Smith is a technology veteran with 30 years of experience in software product development, delivery and research. His responsibilities include the development of innovation products to address vertical market sectors and the application of new and emerging mobile messaging technologies, strategic business alliances, solution delivery and R&D. A recognized industry leader in the specification and development of Business-to-Business and Customer-to-Business relationships, Ken has been driving technology standards and architecture at the International Telecommunications Union ( ITU-T ) for 14 years. He currently chairs several International Standards Committees in Study Group 2 for Network Management and Telecommunications for Disaster Relief with the United Nations. Ken has served as voting member on several US and International Standards Bodies and managed standards at GTE through the Open Market Transition of Telecommunications Industry as a result of TA 96. He has also served as Director of Research and Development for high-technology companies including Digital Equipment Corp., Atex ( Eastman Kodak ), E.I. DuPont and Neimurs, and AT&T. Ken has an Engineering degree from Imperial College London. Currently Chair's Telecommunications Committee for Disaster Relief in the United Nations following the Tsunami of 2006. Doctorate from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London England.
James Ballard

James Ballard has over 17 years of experience in advertising as a leader, mentor, art director and designer. He has helped companies develop comprehensive branding campaigns, launch new products and create breakthrough, effective advertising. Throughout his career, he has developed ad campaigns for Fortune 100 companies to regional and local accounts including Radioshack, Sprint, Verizon, DISH, SIRIUS, Pizza Hut, Pepsi, American Airlines, Verizon, and TracyLocke. James has a BFA in Design Communications from Texas Tech University.
